At VSK Tours & Travels, we understand that travel plans may change due to personal circumstances, unforeseen events, or other unexpected situations. Our Refund and Returns Policy explains the terms and conditions applicable to tour package cancellations, booking modifications, refund requests, and payments made for domestic and international tour packages.

As a trusted tour operator in Pune, Maharashtra, we aim to maintain transparency and provide clear information about our travel booking and cancellation procedures. Refund eligibility depends on the specific tour package, cancellation date, booking conditions, airline and hotel policies, supplier terms, and any applicable government taxes or charges.

Customers who wish to cancel a confirmed booking or request a refund are encouraged to contact our team as early as possible. Cancellation charges, non-refundable components, administrative fees, and third-party service charges may apply, depending on the confirmed booking terms. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method, subject to verification and processing timelines.

Certain services, including flight tickets, hotel reservations, cruise bookings, visa fees, travel insurance, permits, special event tickets, and other third-party arrangements, may be non-refundable or subject to separate cancellation conditions. Any applicable exceptions, additional charges, or special refund terms will be communicated according to the relevant booking conditions.

VSK Tours & Travels does not guarantee a full refund for every cancellation. However, we strive to handle refund requests fairly, professionally, and in accordance with the applicable booking terms and laws. Customers are advised to review the package inclusions, exclusions, payment policy, cancellation policy, and other applicable conditions before confirming their travel arrangements.
